Rob has been an overseas expedition leader since 2005. During this time he has organised his own expeditions to the Indian Himalaya as well as working for several expedition companies guiding student and adult groups. The destinations Rob had visited to lead expeditions include Norway, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Ecuador, Thailand, Jordan, Japan, Moroccan Atlas Mountains, Sahara Desert, Arabian Desert in Jordan, Nepal, India, Cambodia, Kenya, Laos, South Africa, eSwatini, with plans to take expeditions to Tanzania and Borneo.

Rob believes absolutely that the care of the clients on expedition goes far beyond the technical expertise to cope with the mountain, jungle or desert terrain in any particular destination. Rob sees the forming of positive relationships with each client and catering for their individual needs as being of fundamental importance. Rob prides himself that he will take all necessary steps to ensure that each client is able to fulfil their own personal goals that they set for their expedition to be successful.
